Join in this community gathering celebrating Mrs. Helen Toland, Clark County School District’s first African-American female principal. To be shared in the oral African griot tradition, hear the historic retelling of Toland’s dedicated life in the field of education focusing on children’s literacy, both in America and on the African continent.
