On Easter Sunday, April 16, Downtown Summerlin® is the place to be with several restaurants serving up delectable brunches and specialty menu offerings for the spring holiday.
Andiron Steak & Sea is featuring a traditional brunch menu with a few specialty additions including the Crab Benedict with asparagus and tomato hollandaise. Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays starting at 10 a.m. The restaurant is also hosting an Easter egg hunt at 1 p.m. on Easter Sunday for children. Families must have a brunch reservation at Andiron to participate in the Easter egg hunt.
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar opens at 9 a.m. on Sunday, April 16 offering $5 Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Sangria and Micheladas until 2 p.m. Brunch favorites include Baked Berry Pancakes, Breakfast Burger and Strawberry French Toast. Reservations are available for parties six or more.
Crave American Kitchen & Sushi Bar is offering an Easter Grand Brunch Buffet from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. that will tantalize your taste buds with pastries, signature breakfast items, entrees, salads and desserts. The buffet is $32.95 for adults and $14.95 for children.
Maggiano’s Little Italy is serving up a signature brunch that won’t disappoint. Bite into the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, the Meatball Benedict or Maggiano’s Chicken and Waffles. Your mouth will thank you. Served Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m.
Fogo de Chão is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Easter Sunday and will feature The Fogo Churrasco experience. Children six and under are free.
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill opens to the neighborhood at 10:30 a.m. and will produce an array of offerings including Fried Brioche French Toast, a traditional rendition of Eggs Benedict, and a Smoked Salmon lox spread complete with a toasted bagel, chive cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, capers. Bottomless Mimosas are priced at $16; and other libations include fresh-made Berry Smoothies or customized Bloody Marys via a cart offering more than 15 toppings and 8 varieties of hot sauces. Entrees begin at $9.
Public School 702 will offer its weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Favorites include the Benedict Pizza and Fried Chicken & Waffles.
