the #555dinner was created by The Reset Project to support local non-profits and small businesses with a unique marketing and donation producing platform. 5 local chefs teamed with 5 local farms to create 5 original plant based courses from concept to planting to harvest to plate.
Create A Change Now, 2017 las vegas non profit of the year invites you to their 5th annual 5chefs 5farms 5courses fundraising dinner on sunday may 6th 2018 at vegenation henderson. our 5chefs sat down with 5farms to choose specific crops to create 5courses designed just for this event.

this year are centered at desert bloom eco farm, the vixen garden the unlv garden, our lead farmers, claudia andraki, the unlv community garden team and claudia tilley have collaborated with our chefs and planted specific crops for each menu course.
5courses – each chef has designed one menu that is original, plant based and direct from one of our local farms for the evening
all proceeds will go directly to cacn, helping them to continue creating sustainable changes within our community and opportunities for us to come together and make a global impact.
