PINK Week Event at The LINQ

An event every day that begins at 3:00am, repeating until October 7, 2017
The LINQ Promenade and High Roller observation wheel is going PINK in October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Beginning Saturday, Sept. 30 through Friday, Oct. 6, PINK Week will feature free events for the public. Attendees are encouraged to wear pink. Donations will be accepted with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.
High Roller Observation Wheel Lighting – Saturday, Sept. 30
Breast cancer survivors will be joined by members of Chippendales, the popular male revue show, to light the High Roller pink. The wheel lighting ceremony will begin at 7:30 p.m. The wheel will be lit for the entire evening and then for one hour each night starting at 6:30 p.m. until Oct. 6.
“Bras for a Cause” Fashion Show – Sunday, Oct. 1
The LINQ Promenade Fountain Stage will be the location of “Bras for a Cause.” The event will include live music at 2 p.m. provided by DJ Silla. The fashion show will feature 15 models showcasing custom made bras beginning at 4 p.m.
Pearl the Pink Fire Engine – Tuesday, Oct. 3
Pearl the Pink Fire Engine will be parked in the High Roller valet starting from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pearl is a large truck that guests can sign the vehicle to memorialize their support for the cause.
LINQ of Pink – Friday, Oct. 6
The public is invited to participate in LINQ of Pink – survivors and supporters will join arms, forming a human chain stretching from The High Roller toward the Las Vegas Strip. The public is invited to participate in this historic event beginning at 6 p.m.
PINQ Week Specials
ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails: During PINQ Week, the restaurant will host daily ChamPONG games, a modern twist on the classic beer pong game where cups are filled with bubbly champagne instead of beer. americAN will donate 50 percent of the sales from all purchased Korbel Champagne bottles.
Chayo Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar: Order a Prickly Pear Margarita ($12) and the restaurant will donate $1 from each sold margarita. The cocktail combines Sauza Blue Tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice and prickly pear purée served in a sugar rimmed glass.
Sprinkles Cupcakes: Guests can add sweetness to the week with themed desserts at Sprinkles with their signature red velvet cupcakes decorated with pink sugar ribbons.
Virgil’s Real BBQ: Delicious barbeque is made fast and easy with the Virgil’s bar cart offering select menu items and beverages located at the restaurant entrance. Guests will also receive free pink Virgil’s bandanas throughout the week.
