UNLVino Whole Foods Demonstration with Executive Chef Mark Sandoval

As the dates for the 44th Annual UNLVino approaches, guests are able to get a taste of what’s to come at the festival on Friday, March 23, when UNLV Executive Chef Mark Sandoval hosts a popup cooking demonstration at Whole Foods Green Valley from 5 – 7 p.m.
UNLVino is Las Vegas’ longest running fundraiser that combines community spirit with renowned wines and culinary spectacle, and serves as the year’s largest scholarship benefit for students of UNLV’s William F. Harrah College of Hospitality.
Throughout the years, UNLVino has remained an event “by the students, for the students,” and the proceeds from the evening go back to the school to fund scholarships for the students. This year’s 44th Annual UNLVino will be packed into one memorable night featuring 50 chefs and restaurants providing 50 unique pairings with internationally acclaimed wineries and spirit brands.
