2016 Bluegrass Festival (all ages)

All are welcome at this free family-friendly event, with a full day of music and fun featuring some of the best bluegrass bands anywhere! There will also be plenty of food, beverages and a beer garden. The festival also features instrument demonstrations, bluegrass jams, folk art and crafts vendors, and activities for children. Musical appearances by Run Boy Run, Blue Canyon Boys, Rocky Neck Bluegrass Band, Out of the Desert and Red Rock Ramblers. There will also be tasty BBQ, beer and plenty of other food available for purchase. Learn the history of bluegrass instruments and bring your own to join in the fun at the demonstration workshops and pickin’ tent. Browse the wide array of folk art, jewelry and more at the craft market. Children will enjoy the face painting, Las Vegas Fire & Rescue truck tours and lots of other activities planned for them. Lawn seating; please bring low-back chairs or blankets for your comfort.
