Las Vegas will once again host America’s Party, featuring the most spectacular fireworks show of the year at midnight. The show will be set to music and the fireworks will be fired from the roofs of 7 Hotel Casinos including the MGM Grand, Aria, Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island (TI), The Venetian and the Stratosphere.
Important to note: The “Strip” will be closed to auto traffic after 5:00 pm, and glass bottles are not allowed.

It’s time to grab family and friends, and jingle that sleigh to Las Vegas Motor Speedway – only 10 minutes from the Spaghetti Bowl – for the holiday drive through spectacular, Glittering Lights. The dazzling array of festive lights and sounds feature more than 3 million lights that intertwine through the speedway. Glittering Lights has entertained more than 2.2 million people the past 15 years. Completely LED, the 2.5 mile course of Glittering Lights is environmentally sound with colors that shine even more vibrant than before.

The Light the Night Walk celebrates and commemorates lives touched by cancer. Your participation in the Light the Night Walk funds therapies and treatment advances for blood cancer patients. Your fundraising efforts will be helping to save lives.

Friends & family, children & seniors, neighbors & co-workers all are welcome! There is food, entertainment, illuminated lanterns, and goodies available. We encourage participants to become a Champion for Cures by raising $100 or more. This is a casual fundraising walk with no fitness requirements. Spread the word. Taking Steps to End Cancer

The Light The Night Walk is a fundraising campaign benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and their funding of research to find blood cancer cures.

Caesars Palace Fourth of July Fireworks 2016

In celebration of the Fourth of July Caesars Palace, on July 4, 2016 Caesars Palace Las Vegas will host an Independence Day fireworks display. Fireworks by Grucci will be launched from the hotel’s Roman Tower starting at 9:15 p.m. Great views will be had from the Las Vegas Strip at Caesars fountains.

The Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade

Residents are invited to show their colors at The Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade taking place Friday, July 4. Celebrating 20 years, the Patriotic Parade features more than 70 entries including marching bands, floats, giant Macy’s-style inflatable balloons and children’s favorite storybook and cartoon characters.

The escort division steps-off at 8:30 a.m. with the parade’s main body commencing at 9 a.m. The parade travels along flag-lined streets from Hillpointe Road and Hills Center, then south on Hills Center Drive concluding on Trailwood Drive at the entrance of the Trails Village Shopping Center. Arrive early to get a prime viewing area along the route.

Water Zone – The only location for water play on the parade route starts at Avenue A to Avenue B and Avenue B to the end of the parade at 6th Street. If you want to engage in water play, you must be at this location. No water play will be allowed at any other location on the parade route. No water balloons will be allowed.

Mandalay Bay 4th of July Fireworks Show

Multi-platinum rock band 311 will light up the sky above Mandalay Bay Beach this Fourth of July Weekend with explosive back-to-back performances followed by a dazzling display of fireworks to celebrate the red, white and blue holiday.

Guests will be treated to 311’s hits, classics and rarities on Saturday, July 2 & Sunday, July 3 at 8:30 p.m. Watch the sky above Mandalay Bay Beach light up red, white and blue with spectacular fireworks following the show on both nights.
The best views will be from Mandalay Bay Beach. Tickets to the fireworks and musical performance are priced between $57 – $64. Doors open at 8 p.m. and performances start at 8:30 p.m. nightly.
