Animals in Wonderland: Twilight Wines and Desserts at Casa de Shenandoah

Help Animals Go from Abandoned to Adored at Nevada SPCA’s Animals in Wonderland: Chapter 8 – Twilight Wines and Desserts at Casa de Shenandoah! Mix and Mingle with Las Vegas’ Finest and Furriest While Supporting the Nevada SPCA on April 26

WHAT:

Join animal lovers and philanthropists for an exquisite evening of small bites, wine, tea, and desserts at the beloved annual event, Animals in Wonderland. 2018 brings wonderment and enchantment behind the gates of Wayne Newton’s Casa de Shenandoah.

Guests will be greeted by an assortment of colorful characters and animals as they enter the grounds before being treated to a variety of delicious desserts, wines, and an upscale tea bar as they mix with some of Vegas’ finest and meet inspiring (and adoptable) rescued animals.

While enjoying a gourmet candy bar, attendees can bid on a variety of exclusive silent auction items and compete for one-of-a-kind live experiences while having afterhours access to the grounds of Las Vegas icon Wayne Newton. Friends of the Wild – Wild Harvest

Join us for family fun, games, arts and crafts, a bounce house and our unique array of animals.

Admission includes a tour of our new animal center, games and activities and a mini-pumpkin to take home.

$13 for adults, $7 for kids

Linda Suzanne Sings Legendary Divas of Pop

Linda Suzanne debuts her new show “Linda Suzanne Sings Legendary Divas of Pop” on Sunday, October 15th in the South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa’s main theater showroom. Some of the legendary artists she will honor include: Donna Summer, Adele, Gloria Estefan, Whitney Houston, Gladys Knight, Dusty Springfield, Linda Ronstadt, Connie Francis and many others who were trailblazers. The show will feature a 5-piece band, dancers and backup singers. The night will be a “magical” journey honoring remarkable women who changed the face of music.

Pop-up Cat Cafe

Meow or Never Cafe & Rescue and The Poppy Foundation are teaming up to host Las Vegas’s First Pop-up Cat Cafe! Come join us and play with the Poppy’s adoptable cats and listen to live music while enjoying coffee, pastries, and meowmosas!

Tickets are on sale for donation; they range anywhere from $0.01 to $1000.00. Half of all proceeds will be going to the Poppy Cats and the other half will be going to Meow or Never’s crowdfunding campaign. It’s our hope that we’ll raise enough money to open our doors in early 2018. ????

Nevada SPCA Revamps Annual Event for 2017 and Presents Animals in Wonderland: Chapter 7 – Sunset at Shenandoah. Mix and Mingle with Las Vegas’ Finest and Furriest While Supporting the Nevada SPCA on April 20.

WHAT:

Join animal lovers and philanthropists for an exquisite evening of wine, tea and desserts at the beloved annual event, Animals in Wonderland.  2017 sees remarkable changes to this affair, inspired by the transformations of rescued animals at Nevada SPCA No-Kill Animal Shelter.

Animals in Wonderland: Chapter 7 – Sunset at Shenandoah, presented by Las Vegas Review-Journal, is set to be the affair of the year with a labyrinth of characters from a certain mad hatter’s tea party within the enchantment of the grand landscape of Wayne Newton’s Casa de Shenandoah.

Guests will be treated to a variety of delicious desserts, wines, and an upscale tea bar as they mix with some of Vegas’ finest and meet inspiring (and adoptable) rescued animals.

In addition, attendees can bid on a variety of exclusive silent auction items and compete for one-of-a-kind live auction experiences while having afterhours access to the grounds of Las Vegas icon Wayne Newton.
