If you didn’t rock a mullet, wear Wranglers or have a giant belt buckle, did you even listen to country music in the ’80s? Good thing Sawyer Brown is in town to school you youngsters on what real country music is all about.

If we had to draw a country band, Sawyer Brown would be our stencil. These dudes have it all. Formed in 1981, they had the look, the sound and the hits that every other artist wanted. “Some Girls Do,” “Step That Step” and “The Dirt Road” are just a few of the tunes that took these guys from a tiny town in Florida to travelin’ the world. All that success helped them pick up some hardware, too. From 1993 to 1998 they literally won every TNN/Music City News Country Music Awards “Vocal Band of the Year” award. We vote to rename the award, “The Sawyer Brown Award.” Your move, TNN/Music City News.

Not sure if there’s enough time for everyone to grow a mullet for the concert. But if wear your Wranglers and get your belt buckle really shiny, maybe we’ll talk to Sawyer Brown about not giving you a hard time.

When we get the permits to build our Mount Rushmore of greatest musicians, we’re going to start with George Strait.

Speaking of rocks, you’d have to live under one to not know who George Strait is. The dude has sold more than 100 million records, gone platinum more than 30 times and has basically won every major music award out there. Billboard named him the Top Country Artist of the Past 25 Years for cryin’ out loud.

On top of that, George Strait is just an all-around good dude. He takes time out during sets to talk with the crowd and share a cool story or two. A killer musician AND a solid person?! Could it get any better?

George Strait definitely turns it up a notch when he comes to Vegas. So you can either wait with us to get those building permits or you can just go see the show.

Butter our biscuits, Lee Ann Womack is riding her tractor into Vegas for a big country hoot.

She’s been on the music scene since her self-titled album was released in 1997. Womack gives us a little pop and whole lotta country. For you young people, she’s like the original Taylor Swift. And when 2000 hit, she made it super big with her song “I Hope You Dance.” We’re already tearing up and singing the song in our head. She’s been to all the award shows and basically won all of them too, #slayqueen. We’re talking five Academy of Country Music Awards, five Country Music Association Awards, a Grammy Award and an American Music Award for Favorite New Country Artist.

So saddle up your pony and gallop into Vegas. Lee Ann Womack, the country queen, is getting us all to dance.

Brett Eldredge description
We’re really committed to country concerts. Like, oversized belt buckles, tassle jacket and daisy dukes type of committed. Now you know how to find us when Brett Eldredge comes to Vegas.

A fresh face to the country music scene, Eldredge has reached star status quicker than a Jack Rabbit runnin’ across a farm. His debut album alone had three number one hit singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart: “Beat of the Music,” “Don’t Ya,” and “Mean to Me.” Even more impressive, he was able to keep the ball rolling and win a bunch of awards with his sophomore and junior albums.

Brett Eldredge is on his way to being one of country music’s biggest stars. So throw on a tassle jacket and squeeze into a pair of daisy dukes because we’re ready to party.
