Mystic Roots Concert & Fourth of July Fireworks

As part of the Mandalay Bay Summer Concert Series, Mandalay Bay will light up the sky this 4th of July with a dazzling display of fireworks and a musical performance from rising reggae-fusion group Mystic Roots Band. Guests will be treated to a spectacular view of fireworks above Mandalay Bay and the Las Vegas Strip while taking in a live show by Mystic Roots Band.

Billy Ray Cyrus Fourth of July Concert

Star Spangled Spectacular

Join us in celebrating America’s Birthday this July 4th at the Star Spangled Spectacular!  Enjoy Fireworks, Food, Fun Family Activities, Entertainment and a Special Performance by Your Symphony Orchestra led by Conductor, Donato Cabrera.

Bring your friends and family and experience an afternoon and evening on the beautiful grounds of TPC Summerlin and revel in a spirited program of patriotic favorites including America the Beautiful, and Sousa’s Stars and Stripes Forever, coupled with music from the concert hall and the movie screen including Star Wars, West Side Story, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Entertainer and much more.   

Vocalists Maren Wade and Eric Jordan Young will perform a selection of beloved favorites alongside the orchestra. 

A magnificent Zambelli fireworks display in concert with the orchestra will end the celebration on a high note.

Fourth of July Parade and Bloq Party at The Linq

Celebrate the fourth of July weekend at The LINQ Promenade, with festivities and family-friendly activities that will include 4th of July themed décor throughout the promenade and the High Roller lit up in red, white and blue on July 4.

The LINQ Promenade celebrates the 4th of July with an All-American BLOQ Party, date: TBA. The open-air dining, retail and entertainment district, located directly across from Caesars Palace at the heart of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip invites you to enjoy fun for the whole famly beginning at 12 noon.

 Beginning at 12 p.m., a lively and colorful Fourth of July patriotic parade will kick-off the festivities complete with baton twirlers, drumline, flag performers, stilt walkers, b-boy dancers, hula hoop performers and patriotic cheerleaders. The parade starts at Las Vegas Blvd end of The LINQ Promenade and continuing down the promenade to the Fountain Stage.

 Throughout the day and into the night, the promenade will be energize with live music performers, family friendly activities that include balloon artists, face painters, stilt walkers, caricature artists, games and a lot more. A high-energy interactive performing DJ will also spin signature “Rockin’ Hip Poppin’ Motivating Music” on both days.

 Enjoy food and drink specials at various restaurants and bars along The LINQ Promenade. Look for giveaways including hats, flags and beads.

Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade

The entire Las Vegas valley is invited to celebrate Independence Day at the 24th annual Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade, Southern Nevada’s largest and most colorful Fourth of July parade. The parade features more than 70 entries, including traditional floats, giant inflatable balloons, American military heroes, bands, musical groups and a variety of kids’ favorite storybook and cartoon characters.  More than 2,500 people are participating in the parade and more than 500 volunteers from dozens of local schools and community groups are assisting with parade operations. More than 40,000 people are expected to attend the parade.

This year, several new entries are added to the parade roster, including “Escape from Jurassic World”; “Octonauts: Ready for Action”; “Hamilton’s America”; “Coco’s Fiesta Espectacular”; “The Greatest Show”; and appearances by The Incredibles, Black Panther, Pennsylvania Lions All-State Band and Paw Patrol.  More than 16,000 cubic feet of helium will be used for more than 25 giant inflatables.

Returning to the parade are fan favorites “The Fourth Awakens” float featuring the Neon City Garrison Star Wars costuming club; “The Black Pearl” pirate ship float featuring Captain Jack and his swashbuckling adventure; “Moana’s Ocean Journey” float featuring dancing water fountains; “America Standing Tall” float featuring a 15-foot Miss Stars and Stripes; Guan Strong Lion Arts traditional Chinese dancers; Southern Nevada Military Vehicle Association; Danza Del Carrizo Native American performing group; the Palo Verde and Las Vegas High School marching bands; and “A Salute to the Military” float featuring service men and women from Nellis Air Force Base. Members of the American Legion, USO and Marine Corps League will also participate in the festivities.

The parade is organized by The Summerlin Council, the non-profit arm of the Summerlin Community Association dedicated to the social, educational and recreational enrichment of residents. The parade is open to the public. Everyone is encouraged to arrive early, bring water and wear sunscreen.

The parade begins at the corner of Hillpointe Rd. and Hills Center Dr. in The Trails village of Summerlin. Participants travel south toward Village Center Circle, then west on Trailwood Drive. The parade ends near the corner of Trailwood Drive and Spring Gate Lane.
