Free Concert by 38 Special

Best known for their timeless hits like “Hold On Loosely,” “Rockin’ Into the Night,” “Caught Up in You” and “Fantasy Girl,” 38 Special hits Fremont Street for a show featuring their signature brand of Southern rock.

The event is open to the public, no ticket required! The concert happens on the 3rd Street stage, near the intersection of The D, Four Queens and Fremont casinos.

Zowie Bowie Concert

Zowie Bowie performs FREE on the Third Street Stage at the Fremont Street Experience every Saturday from 10 pm to 1 am.

Zowie Bowie has remained one of the most well-known acts in Las Vegas, bringing a unique blend of today’s hottest dance, hip-hop and Top 40. Zowie Bowie features the musical talent and unbridled energy of Chris Phillips and Nieve Malandra. This high voltage band creates a sizzling and sexy sound that has become a Las Vegas mainstay.

Zowie Bowie has received rave reviews since the power-packed show initially debuted in Las Vegas, including “Number One Must-See Show” in Las Vegas by AOL and “Best of Las Vegas” four times by readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Recently they were voted American’s Best Dance Band at the National Music Awards. Las Vegas Magazine proclaimed “Zowie Bowie is to Sin City today is what Sinatra was to Vegas back in the ‘60s.”

Free Concert: Night Ranger and Survivor

Night Ranger and special guest Survivor will perform free concerts in honor of NASCAR Weekend in Las Vegas. The 14th Annual RaceJam concert happens March 11, 2017, on the 3rd Street Stage at Fremont Street Experience.

Night Ranger’s hits include “Sister Christian,” “Don’t Tell Me You Love Me,” “When You Close Your Eyes,” “(You Can Still) Rock In America.” Night Ranger was also one of the first big video bands, with more than 10 number one videos on MTV.

Survivor’s big break came in 1982 when the band was asked by Sylvester Stallone to provide the theme song for “Rocky III.” “Eye Of The Tiger” hit #1 and stayed there for seven weeks. Their album, Vital Signs, was another huge success for the band, with Top 20 hits, “I Can’t Hold Back,” “High On You” and “The Search Is Over.”

The free shows by Night Ranger and Survivor are part of the 14th Annual RaceJam, a four-day event celebrating NASCAR Weekend with free nightly entertainment, March 6-13, 2017.

8th Annual Downtown Hoopstown

Fremont Street Experience Celebrates College Basketball with the 8th Annual Downtown Hoopstown. Festivities include basketball-themed events, special entertainment and attractions including the World’s Largest NCAA Bracket!

Dribble down to Fremont Street Experience for the 8th Annual Downtown Hoopstown taking place March 9 through April 3, where Fremont Street Experience transforms into the ultimate college basketball destination. The four blocks underneath the Viva Vision canopy will be lined with college banners and flags, while the downtown destination offers special activities and nightly performances including the stage production show Hardwood Hotties featuring American Idol Season 6 Finalist Haley Scarnato (dark on Thursdays), the world’s largest NCAA bracket and a special basketball-themed show displayed on the 1,500 ft. Viva Vision canopy. Guests will also be able to test their shooting skills at the interactive High Hoops Zone.

8th Annual Downtown Hoopstown Events/Attractions:

Hardwood Hotties – The sexy, crowd pleasing, Hardwood Hotties are back, featuring American Idol Season 6 Finalist Haley Scarnato. The Hardwood Hotties will get the crowd moving with an array of energetic and upbeat songs. Hardwood Hotties is a custom stage production show created exclusively for Fremont Street Experience by Face Productions. Hardwood Hotties will perform nightly on the 3rd Street Stage March 3-April 3 from 7-10 p.m. The show will be dark on Thursdays: March 9, 16, 23 and 30 and they will not perform on March 10 or March 11. They will perform at special times for St. Patrick’s Day weekend: March 17 from 5-8 p.m. and March 18 from 4-7 p.m.

High Hoops Zone – The High Hoops Zone returns, giving fans a chance to test their skills and challenge their friends to basketball shoot-outs featuring 20-, 25-, and 30-foot basketball hoops for only $1 dollar per shot.

Worlds Largest NCAA Bracket – Bracketology soars to new heights with the world’s largest NCAA bracket displayed on the 1,500-foot long Viva Vision canopy, which will be updated daily beginning with the start of the NCAA Tournament on March 14 through the NCAA championship game on April 3.

Viva Vision Show – Each night beginning at dusk the Viva Vision canopy will feature a special basketball-themed Viva Vision show custom synced with bouncing basketballs, slam dunks and more.

New Year’s Eve weekend at Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas is a party like no other.

“America’s Party Downtown” will feature five days and nights of live entertainment on three stages, and New Year’s Eve promises to be the biggest blow-out in all of Las Vegas. Get tickets.

Pre-sale ticket prices for the New Year’s Eve night party are $35 through Dec. 25. From Dec. 26 through Dec. 31, tickets are $40, so lock down your New Year’s Eve plans now.

Downtown Hoedown

Old Dominion and Sawyer Brown headline the 30th Annual Downtown Hoedown, the official kick-off to Wrangler National Finals Rodeo week in Las Vegas.

The free event happens Nov. 30, 2016 and features top country talent beginning at 4:30 p.m. and ending with headliner performances from Sawyer Brown at 8:40 p.m. on the 1st Street Stage (near Binion’s) and Old Dominion at 9:50 p.m. on the 3rd Street Stage (betweet The D and Four Queens).

Downtown Hoedown kicks off Wrangler NFR and the start of 12 Days of Country at Fremont Street Experience, featuring free nightly performances from country artists to coincide with Wrangler NFR week, Nov. 30 to Dec. 11, 2016.
