Tai Chi at the Library
While it originated as a means of self-defense, tai chi is now practiced as a stress-reducing form of exercise that involves gentle, flowing movements. You may have watched scenes on TV or in a movie of people doing tai chi at the park, and now you can give it a try! We are offering free classes every Thursday afternoon from 3-4pm at the Paseo Verde Library.
