Bar & Restaurant Expo 2027
Bar & Restaurant Expo returns to Las Vegas in 2027 with three days of hospitality education, new products, restaurant technology, food and beverage innovations, networking, and hands-on demonstrations.
Bar & Restaurant Expo takes over the Las Vegas Convention Center from March 22–24, bringing together independent restaurant and bar owners, operators, managers, suppliers, and hospitality professionals from across the industry.
The event is designed to help operators discover practical ideas, products, technology, equipment, and strategies they can put to work in their businesses.

The 2027 Expo Hall is organized into five major areas:

Attendees can sample new food and beverage products, meet suppliers, test equipment and technology, and see new hospitality concepts in action.
Danny Meyer Keynote
Restaurateur, author, and Union Square Hospitality Group founder Danny Meyer is the 2027 keynote speaker.
Meyer will discuss hospitality, leadership, workplace culture, guest loyalty, and building resilient businesses during a keynote fireside chat on Tuesday, March 23.
Workshops, Masterclasses & Live Stages
Education at Bar & Restaurant Expo focuses on practical challenges facing hospitality operators, with workshops and masterclasses covering areas including:

The Expo Hall also features the New, Now, Next Stage with fast-paced product and trend sessions, plus the BREx Talks Stage featuring real-world stories and ideas from hospitality professionals.

Featured areas include the F&B Solutions Center by Middleby, Restaurant of the Future by Shift4, and The Game Room by OneSource Amusements.
These interactive spaces give operators a chance to see equipment, technology, entertainment concepts, and other business solutions in action before making purchasing decisions.
Registration
Registration options include an All Access Pass and an Expo Pass. The All Access Pass includes the Expo Hall, show-floor stages, keynote, workshops, and masterclasses, while the Expo Pass includes the Expo Hall, show-floor programming, and keynote.
A special $99 Young Professionals Pass is available for eligible attendees ages 21–30 and includes access to the Emerging Leaders program along with the Expo Hall and keynote.
