The Lake of Dreams is a spectacular free thing to do in Las Vegas. The 3-acre lake hosts shows that incorporate a cast of puppets, music, and dazzling lights, including a singing frog and a flying astronaut. The show was created by experts, including Emmy-winning director Kenny Ortega.
You can watch the Lake of Dreams for free, with shows every half hour from dusk until midnight.
For the best view, reserve a spot at Lakeside or SW Steakhouse, or enjoy it from Bar Parasol. The dress code is resort elegant: ladies should wear dressy clothes, and men should wear collared shirts and long pants. Shorts and sportswear are not allowed, and children under five cannot enter.
