Founded in 2014, El Dorado Cantina is a Mexican restaurant and nightlife concept with three locations in Las Vegas. They are known for being one of the first restaurants in the city to offer cuisine made with organic, non-GMO ingredients, as well as for their extensive menu featuring dishes inspired by various regions in Mexico. They are committed to using sustainably raised products, which means that all the beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, fish, and produce used in their dishes come from carefully selected farms in the U.S. that are free from antibiotics, pesticides, and steroids.
El Dorado Cantina offers Happy Hour at all of their locations from 3-6 p.m. They also offer a reverse Happy Hour from Midnight to 3 a.m. seven days a week at the Tivoli Village and Sunday through Thursday at the Sammy Davis Jr. location.
