Located on a beautiful 5-acre campus, the Collaboration Center Foundation is a pioneering disability resource network dedicated to fostering inclusion, empowerment, and lifelong support. As Nevada’s first-of-its-kind collaborative model, the Center brings together nonprofits, healthcare providers, therapists, educators, and government agencies under one roof to serve individuals of all ages with intellectual, developmental, physical, and learning disabilities.

Through its Pathways Care Coordination and Family Inclusion Program, the Center offers a single point of access to essential services—ranging from therapy and vocational training to health and wellness programs and peer engagement.
