Smoking Pig BBQ brings authentic low-and-slow barbecue to North Las Vegas near the main gate at Nellis Air Force Base. The family-owned smokehouse serves brisket, pork spareribs, burnt ends, pulled pork, smoked chicken, hearty sides, family meals, and other barbecue favorites.

The Las Vegas location opened in 2019 and cooks with oak and seasonal fruit woods in traditional offset smokers. Meats are hand-rubbed, smoked slowly, and sliced to order.
