Pickup Information
Pickup is available from select Las Vegas Strip hotels and nearby designated locations. Selecting your hotel during checkout does not guarantee pickup directly from that property.
The operator uses your hotel information to assign the closest available pickup point. Pickup begins approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
The final pickup time and location are sent by email and text message the evening before the tour, generally between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. Pacific time.
Downtown and off-Strip hotel pickup is not included. Guests staying outside the pickup area may need to travel to an assigned Strip location.
