Passenger Requirements

  • Minimum Age: Passengers must be at least two years old.
  • Children: Every child age two or older requires a purchased seat.
  • Identification: Valid government-issued identification matching the reservation is required.
  • Passenger Weight: Accurate weights must be supplied for aircraft balance and seat assignments.
  • Additional Seat: Passengers weighing 250–375 pounds must purchase an additional seat, payable directly to the operator.
  • Maximum Weight: The maximum individual passenger weight is 375 pounds.
  • Shared Flight: The helicopter may carry up to six passengers plus the pilot.
  • Seat Assignments: Seats are assigned according to aircraft weight and balance. Front, window, and adjacent seats are not guaranteed.
  • Accessibility: The helicopter is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers needing physical boarding assistance must be accompanied by someone capable of lifting them approximately 48 inches into the aircraft.

  • Arrival: Check in at least 30 minutes before the confirmed flight time.
  • Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the terminal.
  • Rideshare: Taxis, Uber, and Lyft can drop guests at the terminal.
  • Total Time: Allow approximately one to two hours for check-in, the safety briefing, boarding, the flight, and return.
  • Cancellation: A full refund is available when the reservation is canceled at least four days before the experience begins.

Wear dark, nonreflective clothing to reduce window glare. Turn off the camera flash and use a low-light or night setting for photos.
