- Identification: Valid government-issued identification matching the reservation is required.
- Passenger Weight: Accurate weights must be supplied for aircraft balance and seat assignments.
- Additional Seat: Passengers weighing 250–375 pounds must purchase an additional seat, payable directly to the operator.
- Maximum Weight: The maximum individual passenger weight is 375 pounds.
- Shared Flight: The helicopter may carry up to six passengers plus the pilot.
- Seat Assignments: Seats are assigned according to aircraft weight and balance. Front, window, and adjacent seats are not guaranteed.
- Accessibility: The helicopter is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers needing physical boarding assistance must be accompanied by someone capable of lifting them approximately 48 inches into the aircraft.
