About the Thanksgiving Dinner

Baja Miguel’s combines familiar holiday dishes with ingredients drawn from its Mexican menu. Start with turkey empanadas, a seasonal salad or butternut squash soup, then choose between roast turkey with traditional sides and a seafood entrée with tequila butter sauce.

Each guest selects one dish from each of the three courses. Dessert options range from pumpkin pie to chocolate pecan pie and tres leches cake.

Three-Course Thanksgiving Menu

First Course — Choose One

• Thanksgiving Salad Bowl: Chopped iceberg and romaine lettuce with roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, radishes and cotija cheese, served with chipotle lime vinaigrette.
• Turkey Empanadas: Diced turkey with poblano chiles and grated cheddar cheese baked in flaky pastry, served with cranberry dipping sauce.
• Autumn Butternut Squash Soup: With crème fraîche and toasted pepitas.

Second Course — Choose One

• Traditional Thanksgiving Feast: Freshly carved roast turkey with sage and apple dressing, giblet gravy, maple-glazed yams, Yukon Gold creamed potatoes, sautéed green beans and cranberry relish.
• Cilantro-Crusted Red Snapper: Oven-roasted with fresh cilantro and lime, finished with tequila butter sauce and served with rice pilaf and sautéed green beans.

Third Course — Choose One

• Pumpkin Pie: With whipped cream.
• Baja Chocolate Pecan Pie: With seasonal berries and whipped cream.
• Tres Leches Cake: With raspberries and whipped cream.
