Halloween Costume Tips
Costumes can make Halloween Safe Night more festive, but guests should choose outfits that allow them to walk comfortably and see clearly after dark.
Avoid costumes that drag on the ground, masks that restrict vision, and realistic-looking weapons. Reflective details, glow sticks, or small flashlights can help make children more visible while moving through outdoor areas.
