A Program of Patriots and Soldiers in Song

This concert will feature a talented cast, including our esteemed soprano Athena Mertes, the Opera Las Vegas Youth Chorus, and the esteemed pianist Dr. Spencer Baker. The program features fun and recognizable selections of light-hearted Broadway fare (“I’m in Love With a Soldier Boy,” “Over There”), operetta (“Modern Major General,” “Stouthearted Men”), and an assortment of famous operatic “soldiers” from Carmen and Aida.
