The Shady Grove Lounge at the Silverton Hotel & Casino is a great free thing to do in Las Vegas where you can relax and hangout in a laid-back atmosphere, right off the casino floor. It is bedecked with Hootie-centric decor, and includes an Airstream trailer that was turned into a mini-bowling alley. It is just the place to soak up a laid-back atmosphere, drop into overstuffed leather chairs under an aspen tree, and savor small plates or ice-cold brews while watching the game.

The lounge evokes a sense of nostalgia with an indoor North American Aspen tree, vintage road signs, and a jukebox. It also has 12 plasma screens to show sports and events, pool tables, and dart boards. The Shady Grove Lounge is open 24 hours a day for people who are at least 21 years old.
