Praised for its gourmet quality and exquisite presentation, the buffet offers an upscale dining experience. Enjoy succulent meats, fresh seafood, Latin, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern dishes, Asian fusion, desserts, plus vegan and gluten-free options. Feast on chilled or steamed crab legs, prime rib, roasted duck, Chipotle Bourbon BBQ Oysters, and Harissa grilled octopus. Guests especially enjoy the buffet’s diverse breakfast offerings and desserts. The dishes are well-made, and the service is prompt and friendly. There is plenty of seating, but it can get busy at peak times. The medieval theme is both fun and suited for a friendly family atmosphere.

The Excalibur Buffet’s Breakfast options include cinnamon rolls, French toast, assorted fruits, applewood smoked bacon, pork or turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, huevos rancheros, biscuits and gravy, made-to-order omelets, and customizable crepes. Slightly to the right, you’ll find escalators leading up to the Castle Walk Level. After ascending the escalators, turn right towards the Castle Walk Food Court. Take an immediate right down the hallway, and you’ll arrive at the Buffet entryway.

The Main Street Station Buffet features many options across multiple food stations. Breakfast options include traditional dishes such as French toast, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, and personalized omelets. The Hawaiian Station serves dishes such as Mahi Mahi and Kalua pork. The Asian Section features fried rice, sweet and sour pork, sautéed vegetables, chow mein, and kimchi.

The MGM Buffet in Las Vegas offers an extensive array of cuisines. Breakfast features options like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, waffles, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, breakfast flautas, and light, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, as well as baked ham and various egg dishes.

The Seafood Bar includes salmon locks, shrimp cocktail, clams, mussels, smoked salmon, and seared ancho trout with spinach and lemon. At the Carving Station, you’ll find prime rib, baked ham, roasted turkey, sausage, and more.
