The Clark County Library offers a variety of helpful resources. It has the largest computer center in the Library District with 40 public computer stations, a dedicated Teen Lounge, and Best Buy Teen Tech Center with recording studios, 3-D printers, a green screen, and a laser cutter.

What to Expect: The Blue Diamond Library opened its doors in 1970 when a Federal Library Grant was used to purchase a small trailer. In 1989, a resident of Blue Diamond funded the construction of a new 1,000-square-foot building, which officially opened in 1992. Currently, the library boasts a collection of over 8,000 books and serves both Blue Diamond and Red Rock Township residents.

What to Expect: The smallest library serves the smallest community in Clark County, with only 170 residents. But this little town is full of history. In 1968, the Goodsprings Library was opened in the living room of an old mining house owned by the librarian’s parents. In 1970, it was moved into its existing trailer—the 900-square-foot branch houses over 5,000 volumes.
