The Collaboration Center is a nonprofit disability-resource campus in southwest Las Vegas. It brings together Collaboration Center Foundation programs, community partners, service providers, families, and participants in one shared location.

How The Collaboration Center Helps
The center serves individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, and learning disabilities, along with their families and caregivers. Its goal is to make it easier to identify and connect with appropriate community resources.
The Pathways team provides free case management. Case managers can discuss a family’s needs and help connect them with support available through Collaboration Center programs, campus partners, or other community organizations.

The Collaboration Center Campus
