See hundreds of classic, custom, and muscle cars when Henderson Hot Rod Days returns to the Water Street District on October 2 and 3, 2026.

Presented by the City of Henderson with the Boulder City Cruisin’ Association, the seventh annual event transforms Water Street into a showcase of cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Visitors can also enjoy live music, more than 35 vendors, local businesses, food, and a Saturday evening awards presentation.

Free Admission: Henderson Hot Rod Days is free to attend. Food, drinks, and merchandise will be available for purchase from participating vendors.

Hundreds of Classic Cars Take Over Water Street

Henderson Hot Rod Days is one of the largest automotive gatherings in the region. Approximately 700 classic, custom, and muscle cars are expected to line Water Street alongside trucks, motorcycles, specialty vehicles, and automotive vendors.

The two-day event features:

Friday Entertainment Schedule

Friday, October 2 — Car Show: 4:00–10:00 p.m.

  • 5:00–10:00 p.m.: MVP Emcee
  • 5:00 p.m.: MVP Sound DJ
  • 6:15 p.m.: Velvet Moon
  • 7:15 p.m.: MVP Sound DJ
  • 8:15 p.m.: Electric Avenue: The ’80s MTV Experience

Electric Avenue closes Friday night with a concert celebrating the songs, sounds, and energy of the MTV era.


Saturday Entertainment Schedule

Saturday, October 3 — Car Show: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Parking and Arrival Information

Limited parking is available at the following downtown Henderson garages:

  • Water Street Parking Garage: 235 S. Water Street, with access from Texas Avenue
  • Henderson City Hall Parking Garage: 240 S. Water Street, with access from Basic Road

Because Henderson Hot Rod Days draws large crowds, visitors are encouraged to arrive early, carpool, or use rideshare service.

The recommended rideshare drop-off point is 58 S. Water Street, accessible from Pacific Avenue. No event shuttle service will be available.

Nearby residents are encouraged to walk when practical. Bicycles and scooters must be parked at an available rack or walked through the car-show area. Review the City of Henderson’s Water Street Plaza map and parking information before attending.

Accessibility and Event Conditions

Henderson Hot Rod Days is an entirely outdoor event, and the event grounds extend for approximately one mile along Water Street.

Mobility scooters and wheelchairs will not be available to rent at the event. Guests who use mobility devices should bring their own equipment and plan for extended outdoor travel.

Dress for the current weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Outdoor programming may be adjusted or canceled if severe weather affects event operations.

The following items and activities are prohibited on the event grounds:

  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Glass containers
  • Umbrellas and pop-up tents
  • Pets, except trained assistance animals

  • Fireworks
  • Skating or riding bicycles, scooters, and skateboards within the event grounds
  • Items considered disruptive by event personnel
