Parking at Neonopolis: For easy parking at Neonopolis, head to the 4th Street and Fremont parking ramp entrance. Look for the down ramp on the right side of the street, which is located just past Denny’s. Once you arrive, park your car on level P2. Then, take the parking garage elevator up to the third floor. As soon as you step out of the elevator, you’ll notice the entrance to Notoriety directly to your left.
