Escape IT Las Vegas combines escape-room puzzles with cinematic horror entertainment inspired by Stephen King’s IT and the two modern films.
The attraction covers more than 30,000 square feet and features more than 20 interactive rooms. Players move through detailed locations from Derry while solving puzzles, following the story, and trying to avoid Pennywise.
Live actors, animatronics, sound, fog, lighting, mechanical effects, and elaborate sets make this more intense than a traditional escape room. What to Expect Inside Escape IT
Expect darkness, fog, flashing lights, loud sounds, animatronics, live performers, enclosed spaces, and sudden scares. Players must search the rooms, solve puzzles, communicate with the team, and move through the story before time runs out.
Wear comfortable clothing and secure shoes. The experience may require walking, bending, crouching, or crawling. Cell phones must remain put away during the game.
Guests can leave if the attraction becomes too intense. However, re-entry is not permitted, and refunds are not provided because of the scare level.

Age and Health Considerations
- Children Under 8: Cannot use General Admission and require a private game
- Guests Under 16: Must participate with a ticketed supervising adult
- Ages 16–17: Require an adult-signed waiver
- Ages 18 and Older: May sign their own waiver and must present valid identification
Escape IT is not recommended for guests who are pregnant or have heart conditions, hypertension, claustrophobia, or sensitivity to dark spaces, strobe lighting, fog, extreme sounds, or intense special effects.
Bring as few personal items as possible. Bags larger than 10 by 10 inches, costumes, masks, professional cameras, recording equipment, outside food and drinks, weapons, and prohibited substances are not permitted.
Ticket and Rescheduling Terms
All sales are final. If you need to change the reservation, contact Escape IT at least 48 hours before the scheduled game. Changes depend on availability and may require a rescheduling fee.

Is Escape IT a traditional escape room?
No. It combines escape-room puzzles with more than 20 cinematic rooms, live actors, animatronics, fog, lighting, sound, and haunted-attraction effects.
What is the difference between The Sewers and The Funhouse?
The Sewers follows the missing-children story from IT: Chapter One. The Funhouse follows the Losers’ Club returning to Derry in IT: Chapter Two.
Can guests experience both games?
Yes. A discounted two-attraction combo may be available through the booking calendar.
Is General Admission private?
No. General Admission may include other guests, up to 10 total players. Private VIP admission reserves the experience for your group.
