Presented by Palms Popup Playhouse, this adults-only pop-up transforms part of the resort into a supernatural hotel filled with eccentric characters, live performances, comedy, music, séances, theatrical environments, and Halloween-themed food and drinks.

No hotel stay is required, and there is no cover charge. Guests can enter the experience for free, while themed cocktails, mocktails, and food are available for purchase à la carte.

Check In to The Haunted Inn

The Haunted Inn is designed as a dilapidated supernatural hotel where guests become part of the story rather than simply watching it unfold.

The experience begins at an eerie front desk filled with antique details, skeleton room keys, an old telephone, and artifacts from the Inn’s questionable past. Guests can sign the registry and leave their “Last Wish” before exploring the haunted surroundings.

Throughout the evening, characters roam the space, improvise with guests, appear at tables, and lead scheduled and unscripted moments. Visitors might find themselves joining a séance, becoming part of a mock murder scene, helping bury a pretend body, or getting pulled into one of the Inn’s spontaneous processions.

Meet the Residents of The Haunted Inn

The Inn is populated by a strange cast of supernatural residents led by Lady Palms, its elegant and slightly dangerous matriarch and séance leader.

• Little Bit: Lady Palms’ rebellious punk-rock ghost daughter.
• Franchesca: A glamorous French-maid vampire.
• Todd: The towering bell captain and would-be horror icon.
• Uncle Heckyll: An eccentric gravekeeper with a darker second personality.
• Grandma and Grandpa: Invisible residents who remain eternally at odds.
• Gary: The Inn’s resident werewolf.

Because much of the entertainment is interactive and improvised, each visit can unfold differently.

The Haunted Inn extends its story into the menu, with drinks and dishes themed around the characters and setting.

Signature cocktails are served in unusual vessels including poison bottles, creepy doll-head mugs, blood bags, mini coffins, skeleton hands, and glowing containers.

The entertainment does not happen on a traditional stage. Performers move throughout the environment and interact directly with guests.

Music ranges from rock and alternative to new wave, pop, hip hop, and horror-inspired favorites. Character appearances, sing-alongs, séances, comedy bits, and higher-energy group moments can change the atmosphere throughout the evening.
