The Experience Convention & Trade Show 2026

The Experience Convention & Trade Show brings cleaning, restoration, and remediation professionals to Paris Las Vegas for hands-on training, business education, product demonstrations, and industry networking.

The program is designed for contractors, technicians, business owners, managers, and other professionals who want to build their skills, compare equipment, meet suppliers, and learn from experienced instructors. Registration ranges from $40 for keynote and expo-hall access to $450 for the full conference.

Hands-On Training and Industry Education

The Experience combines classroom sessions with working demonstrations in its Cleaning and Restoration Pavilions. Attendees can see current tools and processes in use while speaking directly with instructors, manufacturers, and service providers.

The 2026 educational program covers:

• Professional cleaning
• Restoration and remediation
• Business management and marketing
• Spanish-language industry education
• Keynotes, awards, networking, and expo programming

Sessions address subjects such as water and fire damage, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, contamination control, contents restoration, catastrophe response, employee training, insurance, marketing, finance, and emerging technology.

Registration Options

• Keynotes and Expo Hall Only – $40: Includes admission to the exhibit hall on all three days, expo-floor demonstrations, keynote sessions, the registration reception, industry party, Friday lunch, and two trade-show continuing education credits.
• Full Conference Pass – $450: Includes classroom sessions, hands-on education, conference materials, receptions, the industry party, breaks, all three exhibit-hall days, and 12 continuing education credits. Attendees may earn two additional credits by checking in at the IICRC booth.
• Full Conference Group Rate – $425 per person: Applies when at least three people are registered consecutively.

Optional pre-conference workshops may require separate registration and additional fees. Review the current registration rates and pass inclusions before purchasing.

Trade Show and Networking

The exhibit hall gives attendees time to compare equipment, evaluate products, watch live demonstrations, and meet suppliers. The program also includes networking breaks and an industry party at the Paris pool.

Exhibit hall hours:

• Wednesday, September 9: 2:30–6:30 p.m.
• Thursday, September 10: 2:30–6:30 p.m.
• Friday, September 11: Noon–3 p.m.

Conference education begins before the exhibit hall opens. Use the official 2026 agenda to choose sessions and review the complete daily schedule.

Before the Convention

An optional registration reception is scheduled in the Paris Foyer on Tuesday, September 8, from 4–6 p.m. Registered attendees can collect their badges early and meet other participants before the conference begins.

Full-conference attendees do not need to reserve individual classes presented by The Experience. Children age 16 or younger may attend free with a registered parent, but the parent must contact the event registration department to obtain a badge for the child.

Getting to Paris Las Vegas

The convention takes place at Paris Las Vegas, 3655 S. Las Vegas Blvd. The resort can be reached by rideshare, taxi, public transportation, or private vehicle.
