A resort fee is a mandatory nightly charge imposed by many Las Vegas hotels in addition to the room rate. The fee is normally charged per room, per night, rather than per guest.
Hotels commonly associate the charge with amenities such as Wi-Fi, fitness-center access, local or toll-free calls, pool access, boarding-pass printing, business services, or similar benefits. The exact inclusions vary by hotel.
Mandatory resort fees are generally subject to the applicable hotel room tax, which is why the amount ultimately charged can be higher than the advertised pre-tax resort fee.

Hilton Honors Reward Stays
Hilton Honors members may avoid resort fees on qualifying reward stays booked entirely with points or eligible promotional free-night reward certificates at participating hotels. Do not assume that every points-related booking receives the same benefit.
World of Hyatt Free Night Awards
World of Hyatt waives resort fees on qualifying Free Night Awards at participating properties. Globalist members may also receive waived resort fees on eligible paid stays at participating locations.
