Factory Viewing Aisle

Open to the public and free of charge, the self-guided factory viewing aisle lets guests watch expert chocolatiers craft Ethel M’s signature confections in small batches—without preservatives or shortcuts. Operating hours for factory production are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Cactus Garden Café

The Cactus Garden Café is located inside the Flagship Store and features homemade chocolate-dipped treats, seasonal milkshakes, and specialty beverages.

Ethel M’s 3-acre Botanical Cactus Garden is the largest in Nevada and features over 300 species of desert plants. Admission is free all year long, and, during the holiday season, admission fees benefit local charities.
