Las Vegas Festival Grounds is a 37-acre open-air event venue near Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara Avenue at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. The flexible grounds are designed for major music festivals, concerts, and other large-scale outdoor productions that can use multiple stages, audience fields, food and beverage areas, retail spaces, and temporary event infrastructure.
The venue does not operate with one permanent festival layout. Stage locations, entrances, ticket areas, viewing zones, premium spaces, food and beverage service, merchandise areas, transportation plans, and guest facilities are configured for each event.

Las Vegas Festival Grounds History
The modern festival venue opened in 2015 and initially operated as the MGM Resorts Festival Grounds. Rock in Rio USA was the first major event held at the new site, establishing the property as a large outdoor music-festival venue on the Strip.
The MGM Resorts name was later removed, and the property continues today as Las Vegas Festival Grounds under the Circus Circus property portfolio.
