Conference, Ballroom, and Meeting Space

MGM Grand Conference Center contains more than 380,000 square feet of flexible space. Its rooms can support intimate meetings, breakout sessions, large general sessions, banquets, receptions, exhibitions, and other planned configurations.

Ballrooms and meeting rooms may be divided or combined according to the approved event plan. Seating, exhibit booths, stages, production equipment, food service, registration areas, offices, and accessible routes affect the usable capacity of each setup.

MGM Grand also promotes more than 850,000 square feet of meeting and event space across the broader resort campus. That larger figure includes facilities beyond the dedicated Conference Center and should not be used as the Conference Center’s individual size.

Conventions, Trade Shows, Meetings, and Banquets

The venue can accommodate corporate conferences, association meetings, trade shows, product exhibitions, educational sessions, incentive programs, banquets, receptions, weddings, and other private or registration-based events.

Some functions may occupy one meeting room, while large programs may use several ballrooms, breakout areas, registration positions, offices, dining spaces, and production zones. Access may be restricted to registered attendees, exhibitors, invited guests, employees, or ticket holders.

The Conference Center does not maintain one public event schedule or general admission policy. Doors, credentials, registration, age rules, security, bags, food service, photography, and reentry depend on the individual event.

Event Technology and Audiovisual Production

MGM Grand states that the conference facilities have received technology upgrades, including expanded digital-signage capabilities and Cat6A Ethernet cabling throughout the convention center.

Encore Event Technologies provides on-site audiovisual rental, staging, presentation, and production support. Available services may include microphones, projection, screens, lighting, sound, internet, video production, scenic elements, and technical staffing.

Equipment, bandwidth, electrical service, digital signage, production labor, and technical support are arranged according to the event agreement. Organizers should confirm specifications, order deadlines, usage restrictions, and additional charges before finalizing a program.

Catering, Business Services, and Event Planning

MGM Grand provides event-planning support, catering, banquet service, floral and decor options, electrical coordination, production design, and other services for approved events.

On-site catering can support receptions, breaks, plated meals, buffets, and customized programs. Menus, dietary accommodations, service styles, minimums, staffing, taxes, fees, and gratuities depend on the current proposal.

A FedEx Office is located on Level 1 of the Conference Center. Current services include shipping, receiving, printing, copying, computer access, signs, banners, and package handling. Its operating hours, processing deadlines, storage charges, and handling fees can change.

Event organizers may also need to coordinate insurance, security, labor, freight, storage, permits, fire review, cleaning, registration, branding, internet, electrical service, and final attendance deadlines.

Attending an Event at the Conference Center

Guests should confirm the exact event location before arriving because MGM Grand contains several meeting, entertainment, dining, and special-event venues.

A registration confirmation or event program should identify the Conference Center level, ballroom, meeting-room name, entrance, registration area, and session time. Large conventions may use several rooms or floors.

Attendees entering from the resort may walk through portions of MGM Grand to reach the conference wing. The distance from hotel rooms, the casino, parking garage, rideshare area, monorail station, or Las Vegas Boulevard entrance depends on the selected route.

The Conference Center itself should not be treated as permanently restricted to guests age 21 or older. Individual programs involving casino gaming, alcohol, nightlife, or adult material may establish separate age and identification requirements.

Parking and Transportation
