Lounge hours differ from the 24-hour dispensary schedule. Reservations, walk-in availability, minimum age, identification, seating limits, group policies, menus, prices, time limits, and event access can change.

Alcohol may not be sold or consumed inside a Nevada-licensed cannabis consumption lounge.

A dispensary purchase does not automatically include lounge admission, seating, equipment, consumption service, or a reservation.

Products purchased for use in the lounge must follow current lounge procedures. Guests may not necessarily remove unfinished lounge products from the premises.

Anyone who consumes cannabis should arrange safe transportation and must not drive while impaired.

Dining, Bar 13, and Retail Businesses

The Planet 13 complex may include dining, beverage service, retail shops, personal services, and nightlife programming.

Bar 13 operates as an alcohol-focused bar and entertainment area on selected nights. It is separate from Dazed! Consumption Lounge and must not be treated as a combined alcohol-and-cannabis lounge.

Restaurants, bars, shops, tattoo services, and other businesses establish their own hours, reservations, age requirements, menus, prices, and payment policies.

A dispensary purchase does not automatically include restaurant reservations, drinks, event admission, retail services, or another tenant’s offerings.

Plaza 13 and Special Events

Planet 13 may host markets, entertainment, viewing parties, brand programs, private functions, and other special events in Plaza 13 or another designated area.

The location, admission, age requirement, schedule, vendors, cannabis access, alcohol service, parking, and security procedures vary by event.

An event being held at Planet 13 does not mean cannabis consumption is permitted throughout the event area. Consumption is allowed only where specifically authorized by Nevada law and the applicable license.

Nevada Cannabis Rules Visitors Should Know

Adults age 21 or older may purchase cannabis only from a properly licensed Nevada cannabis retailer.

Nevada law limits how much cannabis a person may legally possess. Purchase and possession limits can change, so visitors should review current Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board guidance.

Planet 13 is on Desert Inn Road west of Las Vegas Boulevard. It is near several north-Strip resorts, but the surrounding road network and large intersections can make the walk longer than it appears on a map.

Use marked pedestrian crossings, obey traffic signals, and remain on approved sidewalks.

Rideshare and taxi passengers should use the designated pickup or drop-off area without blocking entrances, traffic lanes, loading areas, or accessible routes.

Do not drive after consuming cannabis. Impairment can continue after the immediately noticeable effects have declined.
