Sports and Live Entertainment

T-Mobile Arena presents Vegas Golden Knights home games along with major touring concerts and nationally recognized sporting events. The schedule may also include basketball, family entertainment, awards shows, and other limited engagements.

Door times, start times, ticket prices, age restrictions, support acts, broadcast requirements, and event-day activities differ by production. Visitors should use the information attached to their specific ticket.

Toshiba Plaza is the outdoor space beside the arena. It may host fan gatherings, outdoor performances, broadcasts, and sponsor activities, but access and programming depend on the event.

Seating and Event Configurations

T-Mobile Arena uses different seating arrangements for hockey, concerts, boxing, UFC, basketball, and other productions. The official venue information lists hockey capacity at approximately 17,500 and maximum capacity at approximately 20,000 for certain configurations.

A concert may use an end-stage, center-stage, standing-floor, or mixed seated-and-standing setup. Boxing and UFC events use floor seating and a central competition area. Sightlines and section availability therefore vary.

Use the seat map displayed for the selected event rather than an older generic arena chart. Production equipment, camera platforms, stages, walkways, premium areas, and restricted-view locations may change.

Tickets, Box Office, and Mobile Entry

Tickets should be purchased through the official arena event listing, AXS, or another seller specifically authorized for the event. Prices, fees, delivery methods, resale terms, ticket limits, and refund conditions vary.

The T-Mobile Arena Box Office is on the east side of the building facing Toshiba Plaza. It currently opens at 2:00 p.m. on event days and remains open until the event begins, although hours may vary.

Will-call tickets may be collected by the account holder. Current arena policy requires valid government-issued identification and the credit card used for the purchase.

Prepare mobile tickets before approaching the entrance. Confirm that each ticket has been transferred to the correct person and that the barcode is available in the required app.

Bag Policy and Prohibited Items

The arena’s current general policy allows small personal bags measuring no more than 9 inches by 5 inches by 2 inches. Bags do not have to be transparent, but tours, promoters, and arena management may change the policy for a particular event.

Backpacks and larger bags are generally prohibited. The arena currently offers paid bag-check lockers on Toshiba Plaza near Allegiant Stage, subject to event-day availability and operating hours.

Prohibited items generally include outside food and drinks, professional cameras, recording equipment, weapons, laser pointers, large signs, bottles, laptops, coolers, folding chairs, and other restricted objects.

Review the current event page and arena bag policy before leaving for the venue. Do not assume that an item admitted at a previous event will be permitted again.

Accessibility and Guest Services

Accessible seating is available throughout T-Mobile Arena on all levels. Guests should purchase accessible inventory when it is needed or contact the Box Office as early as possible when an existing order requires assistance.

The arena provides Guest Services Centers on the Main Concourse near Section 13 and on the Upper Concourse near Section 216. Services include event assistance and support with accessibility needs.

Available accessibility features include elevators, accessible restrooms, family restrooms, assistive-listening equipment, captioning options, sensory kits, sensory rooms, lactation suites, service-animal access, and accessible concessions.

Accessible parking spaces are available in affiliated lots on a first-come, first-served basis. The official accessible drop-off and pickup location is at the East Suite Entrance, reached through the New York-New York parking garage from Tropicana Avenue.

Parking and Transportation

T-Mobile Arena does not operate one large public garage directly beneath the seating bowl. Event parking is generally provided through nearby MGM Resorts garages, including Park MGM, New York-New York, and ARIA.

Reserved event parking can be purchased in advance. Availability, eligible garages, purchase deadlines, traffic routes, and event-day rates can change.

Rideshare drop-off is currently located on the ground level of the New York-New York parking garage. Post-event pickup may be directed to New York-New York, Park MGM, or another nearby property according to current traffic operations.

Visitors may also walk from nearby Strip resorts, use RTC service, or use the Las Vegas Monorail. Golden Knights games may have additional public-transit and express-bus options.
