The Beverly Theater is a nonprofit independent film house and performance venue at 515 S. 6th St. in Downtown Las Vegas. Its programming combines independent and revival cinema, live music, literary events, filmmaker discussions, community programs, and private functions.
The two-story venue includes a flexible main theater, foyer, courtyard, Segue terrace, concessions area, and artist green room. The theater changes configurations according to the program, so seating, standing room, admission, age rules, and audience procedures may differ by event.

The Beverly Theater organizes its public programming around film, live performance, and literature. The calendar may include independent movies, repertory screenings, restored films, festivals, concerts, author conversations, readings, question-and-answer sessions, and community events.
The venue does not follow a standard commercial movie schedule. Programs, ticket prices, showtimes, age recommendations, guests, and seating arrangements change throughout the calendar.
Some screenings may include filmmaker appearances, discussions, or special presentations. A listed guest or added program should not be expected unless it appears on the current event page.
The main theater uses 146 theater-style seats on a retractable platform. Removing or adjusting that platform allows the room to support standing concerts, receptions, banquets, presentations, and other flexible layouts.
The current private-event portfolio lists a standing-room capacity of up to 450 for the theater. That figure applies to an approved standing configuration rather than an ordinary film screening.
Film presentations use a large cinema screen with motorized masking and a professional multichannel sound system. The room also includes theatrical lighting and production systems for concerts, presentations, and private programs.
Some concerts are seated, while others use standing room. Visitors should review the selected event page rather than assuming the usual movie configuration will apply.
The Beverly Theater can host screenings, presentations, performances, receptions, banquets, meetings, weddings, catered affairs, and other private events.
The event portfolio includes the main theater, foyer, courtyard, Segue terrace, and The Teddy green room. These areas may be rented separately or combined according to the event plan.
The current venue page lists capacities of up to 60 for the foyer, 40 for the courtyard, 140 for Segue, and 146 seated or 450 standing for the main theater. Final occupancy depends on furniture, production equipment, food service, exits, accessibility routes, and the approved layout.
Event organizers should use the official inquiry form to request current availability, floor plans, catering information, production services, capacity approval, and rental terms.
Tickets are sold through the official event calendar and at the theater box office when an event has not sold out. The official policy currently lists box-office service from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on non-event days, with event-day service adjusted around the program.
The Beverly Theater is cashless. Ticket, concessions, and other venue purchases require an accepted digital payment method.
Ticket sales are generally final, with refunds available only in limited circumstances. Buyers should confirm the title, date, showtime, seating arrangement, and ticket quantity before completing an order.
Bags may not exceed 10 by 10 inches. Backpacks, large bags, suitcases, and luggage are prohibited. The venue also prohibits weapons, outside food and drinks, detachable-lens cameras, camera stands, selfie sticks, GoPros, drones, and unauthorized audio or video recording equipment.
Reentry is not permitted under the current general policy. Event-specific instructions may impose additional requirements.
The venue includes a concessions area offering food and beverages during applicable programs. Selection and service hours depend on the event.
Outside food and drinks are prohibited. Alcohol is available during qualifying programs and may be purchased only by guests age 21 or older with current government-issued identification.
Guests with serious food allergies or strict dietary requirements should contact the venue before attending. Menu availability does not establish that shared preparation areas are free from cross-contact.
The Beverly Theater does not operate a dedicated public parking lot. The venue directs visitors to street parking along Bonneville Avenue between 6th and 10th streets.
Nearby surface lots may be privately controlled. Drivers should not use a private lot unless current signs clearly authorize public parking because unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
Guests should allow time to locate legal parking and walk to the theater. Rideshare or taxi service may provide a simpler option during busy downtown programs, but pickup and drop-off conditions can change with traffic and street activity.
The Beverly Theater identifies the venue as accessible and reserves designated wheelchair seating for guests with disabilities and their companions.
Accessibility arrangements can differ when the theater changes from a film-seating configuration to a concert, banquet, reception, or private-event layout.
Guests who need wheelchair seating, companion seating, a step-free route, communication assistance, service-animal guidance, or another accommodation should contact the theater before purchasing tickets or attending.
