Just 10 miles south of the Las Vegas Strip, this free thing to do in Las Vegas, designed by Ugo Rondinone, is a vivid, 30-foot-tall desert art installation of stacked, brightly colored boulders. Against the Mojave’s muted landscape, the seven neon sculptures create a striking visual, blending nature with modern art.
