Rider Requirements and Safety Rules
Participants must be able to stand, balance, and step quickly onto and off the Segway without assistance. Every rider must sign a liability waiver and demonstrate safe control during the orientation.
Pregnant guests may not participate. The experience is also not recommended for people with back problems, mobility or motor-control limitations, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions.
The operator enforces a zero-alcohol policy. Anyone who arrives after consuming alcohol may be refused participation without a refund.
Wear flat, secure, comfortable shoes. Sneakers are strongly recommended.
