Guests begin at the Nature Center before heading outside to brave a winding Haunted Maze through the tall reeds. Along the return route, educational stations introduce visitors to real nocturnal animals and other creatures that become active after sunset.

The Haunted Maze
Brave a winding outdoor trail through tall reeds east of the Nature Center. The route is decorated for Halloween and becomes slightly creepier after dark.
Families with very young children may prefer to enter the maze during daylight hours. Entry to the Haunted Maze ends at approximately 7:40 p.m.
Creatures of the Night
Walk among educational stations featuring taxidermy displays of nocturnal animals. Visitors can learn how nighttime creatures survive, hunt, communicate, and navigate after dark.
Live Creepy Crawly Critters
Meet live ambassador animals inside the Nature Center. Presentations may feature snakes, lizards, and other fascinating creatures.
