Aliante Library in North Las Vegas

Aliante Library is a neighborhood branch of the North Las Vegas Library District at 2400 W. Deer Springs Way. The one-story library provides books and media, public computers, printing and scanning, meeting rooms, children’s programs, an art gallery, career resources, and other community services.

Aliante Library Hours

• Monday and Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed.

Holiday closures, staff training, maintenance, weather, and special circumstances may change the schedule. Visitors should review the current city library page before making a time-sensitive trip.

Books, Media, and Library Services

Aliante Library maintains separate collections for adults, teens, and children. Available materials include books, audiobooks, DVDs, magazines, newspapers, Spanish-language resources, and other circulating or reference materials.

The building contains circulation and reference desks, a children’s section, a young-adult area, meeting rooms, a special-programs room, a multipurpose room, and an outdoor patio used for applicable story-time activities.

Library-card eligibility, identification requirements, borrowing limits, renewal periods, replacement costs, and access to online resources follow current North Las Vegas Library District policies.

Computers, Wi-Fi, Printing, and Digital Access

The branch provides 14 public-access computers with black-and-white printing. Faxing, scanning, and wireless printing are also available under current library procedures.

Eligible North Las Vegas library-card holders may be able to borrow mobile hotspots or Chromebooks. Inventory, loan periods, eligibility, holds, and replacement responsibilities can change.

Patrons should protect personal information when using shared computers, printers, scanners, public Wi-Fi, or legal and career kiosks. Visitors needing help with a device or online service may ask library staff about current assistance options.

Children’s, Family, Adult, and Cultural Programs

The library calendar may include early-literacy classes, toddler and preschool story times, family activities, arts and crafts, book discussions, educational workshops, seasonal learning programs, and community presentations.

Programs may be designed for a specific age group and may require registration. Parents and caregivers should remain with children when the program description requires adult participation.

Aliante Library also contains an art gallery with changing exhibits. Exhibit schedules and public access may differ from regular library programs.

Career and Small-Business Resources

Aliante Library includes an EmployNV Career Hub and an EmployNV Small Business Hub. Available assistance may support job searches, resumes, career planning, workforce training, entrepreneurship, and access to online employment resources.

The branch may also offer scheduled one-on-one help with resumes, email, databases, eBooks, computers, and other basic technology needs. Appointments, walk-in availability, topics, and eligibility depend on the current program.

Meeting Rooms and Community Use

Aliante Library has a large meeting room with a listed capacity of 72 and a kitchen with a sink. A smaller meeting room has a listed capacity of 20. Tables and chairs are available for approved room uses.

Meeting rooms may be rented when they are not needed for library programs. The city currently accepts reservations up to three months in advance.

Rates, minimum rental periods, room setup, food, cleanup, insurance, permitted activities, equipment, and cancellation rules are controlled by the current meeting-room policy and approved application.

Parking and Arrival

Aliante Library is on West Deer Springs Way, just east of Aliante Parkway. Its landscaping adjoins Aliante Nature Discovery Park, but the library and park are separate municipal facilities with different addresses, purposes, and operating conditions.

Visitors should follow current signs and keep accessible spaces, curb ramps, fire lanes, book-return areas, and pedestrian routes clear. Parking availability may be affected by library programs or activity at the neighboring park.

Do not use the address for Aliante Nature Discovery Park when requesting directions to the library.

Accessibility

The City of North Las Vegas provides ADA communication assistance and Nevada Relay information, but the branch page does not publish a complete physical-accessibility inventory.

Access may differ among parking spaces, curb approaches, public computers, service counters, meeting-room layouts, gallery displays, children’s areas, restrooms, and the outdoor patio.

Visitors who need an accessible computer station, suitable meeting-room setup, communication assistance, service-animal guidance, or another accommodation should contact Aliante Library before visiting or registering for a program.
