Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson

Lee’s Family Forum is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment arena at 200 S. Green Valley Parkway in Henderson. The venue hosts professional hockey, indoor football, lacrosse, concerts, basketball, tournaments, family shows, expos, graduations, community programs, and private events.

The arena opened in March 2022 as Dollar Loan Center and received the Lee’s Family Forum name in April 2024. It was developed through a partnership involving the City of Henderson and the Vegas Golden Knights organization.

Sports, Concerts, Shows, and Community Events

Lee’s Family Forum presents a changing calendar of professional sports, concerts, family entertainment, tournaments, championship events, expos, business gatherings, graduations, and community programs.

The arena can change from an ice-hockey configuration to indoor football, lacrosse, basketball, concert, exhibition, banquet, or general-session layouts. Seating, floor access, capacity, doors, concessions, parking, and guest policies may therefore differ by event.

Admission to one event does not provide access to another arena program, premium area, team activity, or private function. Guests should use the official event page and ticket listing for the selected date.

Professional Sports at Lee’s Family Forum

The arena is the home of the Henderson Silver Knights, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Vegas Golden Knights. The hockey configuration uses the venue’s regulation ice surface and fixed arena seating.

The Vegas Knight Hawks of the Indoor Football League also play home games at Lee’s Family Forum. The playing surface, boards, seating access, and event operations change for football.

The Las Vegas Desert Dogs of the National Lacrosse League have also used the arena as their home venue. Team schedules, league participation, playoff games, and future seasons remain subject to official announcements.

Lee’s Family Forum additionally hosts basketball, skating, combat sports, tournaments, and other athletic events that are not permanent home-team programs.

Arena Capacity, Suites, and Premium Seating

Lee’s Family Forum has 5,567 fixed seats for hockey and indoor football. Exact attendance varies according to the event layout and may exceed the fixed-seat count when approved standing-room tickets are offered.

The arena contains 28 luxury suites along with club seats, loge-style tables, premium lounges, and hospitality spaces. Premium products may be sold as memberships, season packages, event rentals, or individual-event options.

Concerts, basketball games, lacrosse, family shows, graduations, and floor-based events may use configurations different from the standard hockey or football chart. Guests should select seats from the map attached to the specific ticket listing.

Tickets, Box Office, and Entry Policies

Tickets are sold through the official arena website and its authorized ticketing provider. Prices, fees, resale availability, delivery methods, age rules, and refund terms depend on the selected event.

The box office opens on event days three hours before the scheduled event. Closing time varies: it remains open through the start of the third period for hockey, through halftime for football and basketball, and for approximately one hour after showtime begins for concerts.

Lee’s Family Forum is cashless. Accepted payment methods may include major cards and supported mobile wallets.

Bags are generally prohibited except for small clutches measuring no more than 9 by 5 by 2 inches. Backpacks are not permitted. Medical and accessibility-related exceptions should be arranged under the current venue policy.

Children age 2 and younger may enter without a separate ticket when they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. An event producer may establish a different child-ticket or age policy, so families should review the individual event listing.

The arena generally prohibits reentry after a guest leaves. Security screening, prohibited items, camera rules, signs, costumes, and other entry requirements may change by event.

Concessions and Craggy Range Sports Bar and Grill

Concession stands operate throughout the arena during qualifying events. Available food, beverages, alcohol, mobile ordering, service locations, and operating times vary with attendance and event type.

Craggy Range Sports Bar and Grill is part of the arena complex and may operate on both event and non-event days. Its menu, reservations, hours, game-day procedures, and private-event availability can change.

Alcohol may be purchased only by guests age 21 or older with valid identification. Guests with serious food allergies should speak with the selected concession or restaurant because menu descriptions do not guarantee protection from cross-contact.

The Tiltyard Outdoor Plaza

The Tiltyard is the arena’s outdoor plaza and event area. It may support pregame programs, festivals, community activities, sponsor displays, food and beverage service, watch parties, private gatherings, and other approved events.

Access to the Tiltyard does not automatically include arena admission. Outdoor activities may have separate tickets, age restrictions, security screening, operating hours, weather plans, and entry points.

Temporary stages, tents, queues, vendors, and activity zones can change the plaza layout. Guests should follow event-specific entrances and staff directions.

Parking and Transportation

Lee’s Family Forum has paid event parking in several designated surface lots. Review the Las Vegas parking fees guide before attending.

Parking can be purchased in advance or, when space remains, on the event day. The arena is cashless, and parking prices, fees, lot assignments, entrances, and traffic routes can change by event.

Guests should not park at The District at Green Valley Ranch and walk to the arena. The arena warns that unauthorized vehicles may be towed from The District’s private lots.

From Interstate 215, drivers can use the Green Valley Parkway exit and follow arena traffic signs. RTC routes 111 and 221 serve stops within walking distance, and bicycle racks around the building can accommodate more than 100 bicycles.

Rideshare and taxi pickup areas may shift during major events. Guests should follow current arena signs and staff instructions rather than selecting an unsafe roadside location.

Accessibility and Sensory Services

Both public guest entrances are accessible. The arena offers designated accessible seating with space for one accompanying guest, subject to availability and the selected event configuration.

The Guest Services Desk is behind Section 2 on the main concourse. Staff can assist with wheelchair service, eligible seat relocations, sensory bags, and assistive listening devices.

A KultureCity-partnered sensory room is behind Section 12. The arena also provides accessible concession stands, accessible restrooms, family restrooms, elevator routes, and service-animal access under current policies.

Guests who need accessible parking, wheelchair seating, companion seating, an assistive listening device, sensory support, service-animal guidance, or another reasonable modification should contact Guest Services before attending.
