Sphere Las Vegas

Sphere Las Vegas Immersive Entertainment Venue

Sphere is an indoor immersive entertainment venue at 255 Sands Avenue, east of The Venetian Resort and the Las Vegas Strip. It hosts concerts, artist residencies, large-format film experiences, special productions, presentations, corporate programs, and private events.

The exterior programmable display is called the Exosphere. Indoor admission requires a valid ticket, invitation, suite credential, or other event authorization. Each production may use different seating, age guidance, special effects, photography rules, arrival procedures, and late-entry terms.

Concerts, Films, Residencies, and Special Events

Sphere presents several event formats, including immersive films, concerts, artist residencies, presentations, special productions, corporate programs, and private events. A film experience may use fixed showtimes, strict late-entry procedures, environmental effects, and different photography rules than a concert.

Performers, productions, schedules, seating layouts, effects, ticket prices, and admission rules change by event. Visitors comparing current entertainment can browse Vegas4Locals offers for Las Vegas shows or review the dedicated Sphere Las Vegas tickets and shows guide.

Sphere also offers suites, hospitality products, group-ticketing options, corporate presentations, brand programs, and private-event opportunities. Seating, catering, display use, production support, security, and access details are confirmed during booking.

Mobile Tickets, Entry, and Cashless Payments

Sphere uses mobile tickets. Guests should download each ticket and add it to the phone’s digital wallet before traveling to the venue. More than one ticket may be displayed on the same compatible smartphone when the group enters together.

The onsite Sphere Concierge near the Plaza Entry offers in-person ticket purchasing on event days. It generally opens at least one hour before the scheduled production and is not open on days without events. Availability and closing times may depend on the selected production.

Sphere is cashless and accepts eligible credit cards, debit cards, and supported mobile-payment methods. Reverse ATMs are available inside for guests who need to convert cash to a payment card.

Complimentary Sphere Wi-Fi is available inside the venue. Phone-charging stations are located near the escalators on Levels 2, 4, and 6, subject to availability. Guests should still download mobile tickets before arriving rather than relying on onsite connectivity or charging.

Sphere does not use one universal child-admission rule for every production. Guests should review the selected event’s ticket and age requirements before purchasing for a child or teenager.

Steep Seating, Immersive Effects, and Event Configurations

Sphere’s seating bowl contains 17,385 seats, although concerts and special productions may add or remove floor areas, technical platforms, hospitality spaces, or other temporary elements. Viewing angles, stair counts, stage visibility, screen perspective, and aisle access differ by section.

The auditorium uses a steeply tiered seating bowl. Guests with limited mobility, balance concerns, vertigo, or discomfort with heights should review the seat location and route before purchasing.

Productions may use seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing or intense lighting, large-scale visual effects, loud sound, falling or flying objects, projectiles, pyrotechnics, fog, mist, bubbles, wind, or scent. Not every event uses every effect, and intensity varies by production.

Non-haptic seating and other alternative seating arrangements are available for supported experiences. Guests who need an alternative seat should contact Sphere Accessibility Services before the event, particularly when relocation from an already purchased seat may be required.

Bags, Cameras, Reentry, and Concessions

Sphere operates as a no-bag facility. Medical bags, diaper bags, and small clutches, purses, or fanny packs measuring no more than approximately 6 by 6 by 2 inches may be permitted after screening. Sphere does not provide storage for bags, coats, laptops, tablets, or other personal belongings.

Professional or commercial cameras, telephoto or zoom lenses, video cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, separate audio-recording devices, laptops, and tablets are generally prohibited. Individual productions may impose stricter photography, phone, device, or recording rules.

All exits are final, and guests may not leave and reenter. Everyone should have the necessary tickets, identification, medication, and permitted personal items before entering.

Food and beverages are available for purchase inside. Outside food and drinks are generally prohibited, although medically necessary items may be considered through advance coordination with Accessibility Services.

Paid Parking, Rideshare, Entrances, and Walking

Sphere and nearby facilities offer paid event parking. Review the Las Vegas parking fees guide before visiting.

Onsite parking may be available for advance purchase, while additional event parking may be offered at nearby garages and third-party lots. Overnight parking is not permitted in Sphere event-parking areas, and a Sphere ticket should not be assumed to include parking.

Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in onsite and selected nearby parking areas. Availability and the most suitable entrance depend on the event and parking location.

The designated rideshare pickup and drop-off location is near Manhattan Street and Westchester Drive. Guests should follow current app directions and venue signs because street closures and event controls may change vehicle access.

Arrival routes may include the Venetian pedestrian bridge, Westchester Drive, and the Plaza Entry on the east side of the building. Sands Avenue also serves designated venue and accessible approaches. The entrance used for standard admission, premium packages, suites, or accessible entry may differ, so guests should follow the instructions for the selected event.

Sphere is separately operated from The Venetian and uses its own tickets, security screening, concessions, and admission rules.

Accessibility and Sensory Services at Sphere

Sphere offers accessible seating and companion locations through its authorized ticketing system and Accessibility Services. Accessible entrances currently include the East Entry, West Entry, Sands Avenue approach, and the pedestrian bridge from The Venetian under normal operating conditions.

Guests with mobility limitations who do not have a mobility device may request complimentary wheelchair transport to their seat upon arrival. The transport chair cannot remain with the guest during the event, and venue personnel do not provide continuing personal-attendant service.

Sphere also offers selected seating with movable armrests and chairs without armrests. Guests needing one of these arrangements should contact Accessibility Services at least 48 hours before the event to allow time for accommodation planning.

Guest Services offices on Levels 2 and 6 provide complimentary assistive-listening devices and storage for wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and other mobility devices. Borrowed devices generally require accepted collateral, such as a driver’s license or credit card, until they are returned.

Audio description is available for supported programming through the venue’s Wi-Fi and compatible personal-device service or through a complimentary assistive-listening device. Guests should confirm availability for the selected production.

Sensory bags are available at no charge through Guest Services by leaving identification, and sensory rooms are located on Levels 2 and 6 during public events, subject to availability. Closed captioning is provided for selected productions, while captioning or sign-language interpretation for other events may require a request at least two weeks in advance.

Service animals are permitted. Guests needing accessible seating, non-haptic seating, medically necessary food, a sensory resource, captioning, interpretation, or another accommodation should contact Sphere Accessibility Services before attending.

Viewing the Exosphere Without an Event Ticket

The Exosphere is Sphere’s programmable exterior LED display. Viewing it from a lawful public location does not require an indoor event ticket.

Exosphere images, animations, advertisements, seasonal displays, and event promotions change and should not be treated as permanent. An exterior view does not include access to the atrium, auditorium, concessions, suites, lounges, or indoor productions.

Sphere also operates XO Stream, its official online livestream of the Exosphere. The stream provides a remote view of the exterior display but does not include indoor productions or grant permission to record, reproduce, or rebroadcast Sphere content.

Guided tours of the interior are not currently offered. Indoor access generally requires admission to a scheduled event, production, suite, private program, or other authorized activity.
