Grand Gallery on the First Floor
The Grand Gallery is an open exhibition area on the first floor of City Hall. Its size and layout allow the city to present installations, sculpture, ceramics, three-dimensional artwork, and larger pieces that may not fit comfortably in a smaller gallery.

The Grand and Chamber galleries do not maintain one permanent collection in the same arrangement throughout the year. Exhibitions have opening and closing dates, followed by periods when staff remove work and install the next show.
The city’s Public Art and Gallery Program page lists current and upcoming exhibitions, dates, artist receptions, curator talks, and other special programming when available.
The old page advertised guided tours on the first Thursday of every month at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. That standing schedule is not currently published by the city and should not be relied upon. Tours and receptions are now best treated as exhibition-specific events unless the city announces otherwise.

How to Find the Galleries
Las Vegas City Hall is at 495 S. Main Street in Downtown Las Vegas. Enter through a designated public entrance and follow current building and security directions.
The Grand Gallery is on the first floor. The Chamber Gallery is on the second floor and can be reached through the public interior circulation areas.
Ask a City Hall employee or information desk for help if temporary exhibits, meetings, construction, or building operations affect the usual route.

City Hall Garage and Parking Validation
The City Hall parking garage is across Main Street at 500 S. Main Street. Visitors receive a ticket when entering the garage.
Bring the parking ticket into City Hall. The first two hours are currently free with validation. Parking beyond the validated period may require payment.
Before returning to the vehicle, use one of the payment machines on the garage’s ground floor near the elevators when a balance is due. Keep the returned ticket because it is needed to exit the garage.
Parking rules, validation procedures, payment equipment, availability, and nearby road access can change. Follow current signs and ask City Hall staff where to validate the ticket.

Windows on First is a separate temporary public-art program using large display windows on the east side of City Hall along First Street.
The exterior artwork can be viewed from the public walkway at any time, including when the interior galleries are closed. The installation changes periodically as new artists and projects are selected.
